一、安全阀简介

安全阀是一种自动阀门,介质超压时自动开启排出额定数量的流体,当压力恢复正常后自动关闭并阻止介质流出。安全阀是压力容器和工艺体系上的重要保护设备,在航天、石化、能源、医药、冶金等行业的装配和设备上有广泛的应用。由于安全阀的性能和可靠性直接关系到装配的安全和稳定运行,因此必需在设计、选材、制造、试验等方面严格执行相关规范,如API、ASME规范等,并进行全历程严格质量管理。

为了满足国内各行业对具有国外规范和先进水平的安全阀的要求,从八十年代开始,在开发成功了普通安全阀之后,又研制开发了先导式安全阀和切换式安全阀。

二、先导式安全阀

先导式安全阀是一种由主阀和导阀构成的安全阀,导阀响应系统介质压力自身动作从而控制主阀的开关动作。先导式安全阀特别合用于高背压、大流量、高压力和安装位置紧凑的场合应用。

1、先导式安全阀工作道理

当系统正常工作,先导式安全阀处于关闭状态时,系统压力通过进口压力管、导阀和气室压力管传到主阀阀瓣顶部的圆顶气室,从而在主阀瓣上产生了1个向下的净作用力,使主阀处于关闭状态。当系统压力达到整定压力时,导阀开启且滑梭封闭导阀进气通道,主阀气室的压力通过导阀排放卸压,由于系统压力高于回座压力,滑梭封闭进气通道,从而隔断流体在导阀中的流动,这时主阀气室的压力急剧下降,主阀阀瓣纯粹打开,流体通过主阀泄放降压。当系统压力降到一定值时,导阀的弹簧尽力克服服了阀进口压力作用在滑梭上的力,导阀回座,顶杆顶开滑梭,最后使得流体从头进入主阀的圆顶气室,关闭主阀。

二、先导式安全阀特点

(1)、阀座软弥缝保证安全阀起跳前后的良好弥缝性。

(2)、容许工作压力靠近安全阀的整定压力。

(3)、较小超压就能使安全阀主阀快速达到全启状态。

(4)、安全阀动作性能和开启高度不受背压的影响。

(5)、启闭压差可调。

(6)、导阀不流动型结构设计减少了有害介质的排放和环境污染。

三、切换式安全阀

安全阀广泛应用于国民经济各行业中,作为锅炉和压力容器及管道的安全附件,按照国家《压力容器安全技术监察规程》的规定,“安全阀一般每年至少应校验一次”。但是,当前石化、化工等企业的装配连续运行一年以上,甚至两年、三年,要使成为事实一年校验一次有困难;某些装配属于连续运行,无检修期;别的,正在运行装配上的安全阀呈现故障需要不停机拆卸和改换也很难以使成为事实。为此,研制开发了安全阀快速切换装配,可以使成为事实不停机快速改换安全阀的目的。

1、特点

(1)三通流路设计,1个工位安装两个相同的安全阀,其中1个在线进行超压保护,而另1个则作为维修备用。

(2)换向系统操作安全、简便、快捷。

(3)快速切换无需装配停车,提供连续的超压保护,避免应急停车维修所带来的极其昂贵费用损失。

(4)在每个安全阀下方,安装有1个泄出阀,用以安全、有效的泄出待拆卸安全阀前的介质,并将其引入排放管中。

(5)快速切换装配中设有平衡阀,因而操作轻便。

(6)合用温度范围宽(低温至高温)。

⑺弥缝可靠,屡次动作后仍连结所需弥缝性。

二、操作步骤

(1)检查两路泄放阀,使其处于关闭状态。

(2)开启平衡阀。

(3)转一下手轮,完成切换。

(4)关闭平衡阀。

(5)开启处于备用位置的泄放阀,使这一侧安全阀前的介质排空。

(6)卸下需检修、改换的备用安全阀。
